Cyder

  • Isabel's Orchard
    8.4% - Made from Bittersweets & Bittersharps from my own orchard. A medium dry cyder, well balanced and packed with character. 2001 vintage, still, 75cl natural cork bottles. 3.99
  • Yarlington Mill & Stoke Red
    8.4% - Dry, 2001 vintage. Carbonated in 330ml and 500ml crown capped clear glass bottles. 1.50 and 2.50
  • Dabinett
    7.5% - Dry, 2001 vintage. Carbonated in 330ml crown capped clear glass bottles. 1.50

Perry

  • Blakeney Red (CAMRA 2002 Perry of Britain)
    6.5% - Medium dry, 2001 vintage. Still, in 75cl natural cork bottles. 3.99
  • Hedgehog (aka Barnett)
    7.3% - Dry and crisp, 2000 vintage. Still, in 75cl natural cork bottles. 3.99

Oddbins

Due to their long maturation some sedimentation may have occurred. Stock is very limited

There are two “Bottle Fermented” Perries to be released later this year (2003). The varieties are Moorcroft / Malvern Hills and Taynton Squash, which both have a long association with bottle fermentation. The price of these products has yet to be finalised, but part of the cost will be donated to the National Collection of Perry Pear trees at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, Worcestershire. Watch for news.
